🎯 Requirements

3–5 years in project mgmt, lending ops, CS, or AI agents; drive to connect the dots.
Excellent communication; articulate problems, tasks, dependencies, objectives.
Hands-on mindset; willing to get hands dirty and deliver fast.
Strong organisational skills and ability to influence without authority.
Experience with Python.
