Operations Process Improvement Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks; translate into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency across North America, Europe, APAC, Latam.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs.
• Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency; use data to drive decisions.
• Document and maintain clear operational playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management — ideally in large-scale, fast-paced, digital-first organizations.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance.
• Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc. and familiarity with AI tools.
