- Partner with Senior Ops Manager and Supervisors for safe, efficient operations.
- Develop frontline leaders and drive continuous improvement and compliance.
- Own daily execution and staffing with Supervisors; adjust schedules by volume.
- Promote a safe workplace; enforce procedures and assist investigations.
- Support timekeeping and attendance; monitor KPIs and escalate risks early.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years warehouse/distribution experience with progressive leadership.
- Experience leading frontline supervisors/leads with coaching and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of DC processes: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping.
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and reporting; MS Office/Google Suite.
- Excellent communication; ability to influence, prioritize, and solve problems.
