  • Lead incident management for Pix, SPI, DICT, banks and providers.
  • Ensure adherence to Central Bank regulations and payment schemes.
  • Coordinate disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.
  • Oversee reconciliation, settlement, transfers, and vendor SLAs.
  • Support customer ops and regulatory escalation handling.
  • Define and monitor operational KPIs and executive dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in fintech, digital banking, and payment institutions
  • Strong knowledge of Pix, payment ops, digital accounts, reconciliation, and settlement
  • Experience managing operational incidents, SLAs, financial partners, and vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI experience
  • Knowledge of Central Bank regulated operations and payment ecosystem requirements
  • Experience cross-functional with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and CX
