- Experience managing operational incidents, SLAs, financial partners, and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI experience
- Knowledge of Central Bank regulated operations and payment ecosystem requirements
- Experience cross-functional with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and CX
