- Own workforce planning: labor forecasting, scheduling, staffing alignment
- Champion warehouse safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture
- Drive process improvements and cross-functional corrective actions with partners
- Manage end-to-end inventory flow: QA, rejections, and reverse fulfillment
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics setting
- 2+ years managing a team of 5+ employees
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Monday–Friday on-site availability; 21+ and pass a background check
- Experience with MS Office and ERP/CRM; cannabis industry experience preferred
