  • Exposure to large staff planning via PME or service experience.
  • Familiarity with major military planning exercises and software deployment on classified networks.
  • Proven ability to expand business presence within a region for software/tech.
  • Experience in customer support (in-person and remote) and incident coordination with product engineering.
  • Strong technical skills to master our application and troubleshoot with customers.
