  • Oversee and support execution of key operational processes
  • Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating gaps
  • Lead staffing, labor planning, and scheduling to maintain an efficient store
  • Ensure the store is customer-ready at all times (sales floor and back of house)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment and smooth store operations
  • Build and communicate the store's operational vision through leadership of the team

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Agile and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
  • Independent work ethic, time management, and personal accountability
  • Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
