📋 Description

• Own the operations and tech foundation of Quince Logistics Services.
• Lead automation systems: sorting, AMR fleets, conveyors.
• Manage HK facilities ops: inbound, processing, outbound dispatch.
• Optimize China-to-HK freight and last-mile handoffs.
• Align WCS and WMS with hardware via Product/Engineering.
• Build scalable SOPs for automated workflows and QC.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in logistics ops; 3+ years with automated warehouses.
• Deep knowledge of WCS and high-speed sorting tech.
• Strong cross-border logistics expertise: South China to HK.
• Leadership: managing 3PL vendors and on-site tech teams.
• Problem solving: real-time bottleneck troubleshooting.
• Communication: bilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin required.
• Residency: Must be a current resident of Hong Kong.
