- Manage daily operations of the Personal Loans team and workflows.

🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven solutions.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience in an operations environment.
- 2+ years of collections and/or servicing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
