๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead lifecycle ops in Iterable end-to-end: campaigns, journeys, triggers, templates.
  • Build and manage audiences using segmentation, targeting, suppressions, and dynamic lists.
  • Execute campaigns from setup, through QA, launch, and monitoring across email, SMS, and push.
  • Manage QA to ensure flawless rendering, testing, links, tracking, and compliance.
  • Implement automation to speed execution and reduce manual work (AI helpful).
  • Govern tools: Iterable as primary; coordinate with Salesforce and Asana as needed.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations or campaign execution.
  • Deep Iterable expertise: campaigns, journeys, audiences, segmentation, dynamic targeting, + QA.
  • Experience with direct mail or phone outreach workflows and vendor coordination.
  • Lifecycle program execution across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
  • Strong data/tools skills: segmentation, list generation, tracking, and data collaboration.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain workflows, QA processes, and docs.
