🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in operations, field service, supply chain, manufacturing ops, or similar leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead ops across multiple workstreams with speed and quality.
- Strong analytical skills: interpret data, track KPIs, identify root causes.
- Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Experience cross-functional to manage dependencies.
