- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in ops, field service, or similar leadership.
- Lead across multiple workstreams with stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical skills; track KPIs; identify root causes.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and Jira, Freshdesk, ServiceNow.
- US work authorization; willing to travel.
