🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in middle/back office or trading ops at hedge funds.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle across markets.
- Experience reconciling positions, cash, and activity.
- Familiarity with equities, derivatives, digital assets, and treasury.
- Experience processing crypto trades on-exchange and onchain; DeFi.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
