- Train RMs and institutional clients on product mechanics and SOPs.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of institutional ops (finance/crypto/fintech).
- Own at least two areas: custody, brokerage, KYC/KYB, incentives.
- Influence-driven IC; align product, sales, compliance, risk.
- Data fluent; build dashboards; use AI tooling to scale ops.
- Track record shipping measurable improvements; methodologies.
- Regulatory knowledge: HK/SG/APAC; EU MiCA; US a plus.
