  • 3+ years as Operations Manager in a contact centre with proven leadership.
  • Experience managing a remote team preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for leading and coaching others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets and data analysis/manipulation.
