Develop ops systems by determining product handling and storage.
Develop and enforce policies for receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing standards and regulations.
Analyze inventory usage to optimize inventory, purchasing, and cut subcontractor costs.

🎯 Requirements

Must pass a drug test.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
Technical background in natural stone and quartz fabrication.
Experience with blueprints, sketches, models, or project descriptions.
Minimum 3 years of management with at least 5 direct reports.
Knowledge of fabrication production management.
