Own and report center performance metrics: on-time receiving and shipping, inventory accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years' experience managing a team of 4+ salaried staff.
Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without accommodation.
Able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach as needed.
Stand/walk for 10-12 hours.
Comfortable working in a varying noise environment.
