🎯 Requirements
- 90% English proficiency.
- SAP system experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, production management systems, and lean manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, business administration; MBA is a plus.
- 5–8 years of progressive manufacturing or distribution operations experience, with 2–3 years in people leadership.
