- Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations across inbound and outbound logistics
- Drive operational excellence by improving efficiency, accuracy, and execution across the site
- Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and associates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Monitor staffing, workflows, and daily volume to ensure SLA targets are consistently achieved
- Own and improve key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, service quality, and DOTIF performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable operational solutions
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years leadership in warehouse, logistics, or distribution ops
- Experience managing teams of 30+ in fast-paced env
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, WMS, or other ops systems
- Strong attention to detail and operational excellence
- Strong organizational, project mgmt, and problem-solving skills
- Monday-Friday onsite availability
