Track daily team performance; provide coaching as needed.
Manage daily volume to meet SLA commitments.
Ensure cannabis distribution compliance, inventory tracking, and reporting.
Forecast staffing and schedules for department associates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Central Ops, Engineering, Finance, and People.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a warehouse or logistics setting.
2+ years leading a team of 30+ employees.
Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Adaptable in a fast-growing startup environment.
Familiar with MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
