Lead Fulfillment Ops: order processing, QA, inventory, purchasing, costs, improvements, training.
Partner with Site Director to influence strategic plans.
Ensure facility compliance with laws and company policies.
Foster a safety-first culture across the facility.
Drive continuous improvement; achieve productivity and KPI targets.
Manage and develop managers/supervisors; performance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; HS degree or GED required.
Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma; Six Sigma certification preferred.
4+ years progressive Operations management experience.
Experience leading up to 100 associates.
Data-driven with ability to analyze data to identify defects and root causes.
Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative.
