🎯 Requirements

- Data-literate; pull data, build simple models, and make decisions.
- Experience running operational experiments (A/B tests, pilots, iteration based on data).
- Must be 21+ and available on-site Monday–Friday.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS or similar tools; drive adoption.
