Track daily performance; provide feedback and training to associates.
Monitor daily volume to ensure SLA compliance.
Drive OKRs/KPIs on service quality and inventory.
Monitor adherence to SOPs.
Forecast and schedule staffing for the department.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in warehouse or logistics setting.
2+ years managing a team of 30+ employees.
ERP/CRM familiarity.
Mon-Fri on-site availability.
Cannabis industry experience preferred.
Project management and quantitative analysis.
