🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading operations with 2+ years managing salaried leaders in warehousing.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain (or equivalent).
Proven success leading teams to meet KPIs and operational goals.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Experience overseeing returns or reverse logistics in high-volume environments.
Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement experience.
