🎯 Requirements

- Minimum 3 years in management of large cross-functional ops.
- Experience in warehouse/production with GMP; cannabis a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; coaching ability.
- Experience in regulated environments; strong safety focus.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office and seed-to-sale systems.
