📋 Description

• Lead store leadership, driving profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with Ops & Visual Manager to delegate work and coach.
• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Manage shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and supply flow.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in client-centric sales environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Open to feedback; comfortable coaching and developing talent.
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and peak periods.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
