📋 Description

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps with the GM.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business and guests.
• Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership and decisive decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Comfortable with variable shifts, including weekends
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
