📋 Description

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, processing, and reverse transfers.
• Manage floor replenishment, floor sets, and supply management.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Lead by example, inspiring staff in operations and guest experience.
• Directly supervise Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.

• 2+ years of client-centric, sales environment experience.
• Proven leadership with strong decision-making abilities.
• Receptive to feedback; committed to team growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• High energy, upbeat, with ability to blend fun and work.
• Strong business acumen; able to use metrics to drive strategies.
