📋 Description

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues; escalate gaps.
• Manage key ops functions: shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill needs of business, team and guests.
• Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and sound decision-making.
• Ability to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends.
• Values feedback and collaborates with team to improve.
