- Proven track record building and scaling programs from the ground up
- Strong relationship-building skills with founders, operators, and ecosystem partners
- Data-driven mindset: setting targets, analyzing funnel performance, iterating
- Excellent written and verbal communication; create program materials and pitch decks
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders
