Lead and execute inventory management to maximise accuracy and reduce shrink
Investigate root causes of inventory issues with the General Manager to close gaps
Manage shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor updates, and stock
Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
Partner with Ops/Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, inventory, and facilities
Lead by example and recruit/develop Operations staff

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
Proven leadership with strong decision-making
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Able to perform manual handling up to 10-15kg and stand for long periods
