  • Lead and execute inventory management to maximise accuracy and reduce shrink
  • Investigate root causes of inventory issues with the General Manager to close gaps
  • Manage shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor updates, and stock
  • Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • Partner with Ops/Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, inventory, and facilities
  • Lead by example and recruit/develop Operations staff

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
  • Proven leadership with strong decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Able to perform manual handling up to 10-15kg and stand for long periods
