📋 Description

• Own expert availability and platform liquidity end-to-end
• Ensure supply meets demand during peaks; recover missed demand in real time
• Manage scheduling hygiene, no-shows, drop-offs, and coverage gaps
• Protect availability SLAs through nudges and guardrails
• Own payouts, reconciliation, disbursements, and audit hygiene
• Resolve payout queries and eliminate leakages
• Triage live operational incidents and drive root cause fixes with product & tech
• Monitor liquidity, SLAs, payout failures, and missed demand daily
• Set up alerts and share sharp updates with stakeholders
• Build a lean ops team with clear ownership and strong operating rhythms
• Improve reliability and efficiency through tooling and automation

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years experience in operations / live ops / marketplace ops
• Experience running real-time or near-real-time operations
• Hands-on experience with scheduling, availability, or supply management
• Exposure to payouts, reconciliation, or payments operations
• Strong execution mindset; calm under pressure
• Comfortable working with tech and finance teams
• Comfort with AI tools; use them for process automation, dashboards, and SOPs
• Experience scaling ops from 0 → 1 or early growth
