📋 Description

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with GM to close process or system gaps.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Maintain and champion visual standards on the sales floor.
• Oversee key operations: shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets.
• Lead and develop Operations Associates; recruit and coach talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with sound decision-making.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendors.
• Able to work variable shifts, including peak days/weekends.
• Strong team player with adaptability in retail.
