🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
  • Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to move dynamically on the retail floor to assess needs
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies
  • Willingness to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends
