Manage shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor updates, and supply management
Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
Oversee reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships
Move dynamically on the retail floor to support the business and guests

2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Values feedback and is receptive to coaching
