  • Own and manage backlog across PSA, CRM, and delivery tools

  • Excellent communication; able to lead discussions and influence teams
  • Experience leading change management, enablement, or training
  • Background configuring/managing Salesforce beyond end-user tasks preferred
  • Familiarity with services or delivery lifecycle a plus
