- Own and manage backlog across PSA, CRM, and delivery tools
- Drive rollout of strategic initiatives and process improvements (workflows, docs, training, adoption)
- Lead internal rollout and change management for new processes and tools
- Review KPIs and reports to surface trends, blockers, and data-driven decisions
- Oversee onboarding enablement, delivering training for new hires
- Review billing cycles for accuracy and handle invoice reconciliations
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Partner on proposals, pricing models, and SOWs
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Client Success, and Sales to scale service delivery
- Join client calls to support setup of project tools and delivery scope
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting, professional services, or delivery ops
- Experience driving apps, reporting, and change efforts
- Excellent communication; able to lead discussions and influence teams
- Experience leading change management, enablement, or training
- Background configuring/managing Salesforce beyond end-user tasks preferred
- Familiarity with services or delivery lifecycle a plus
