Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with Store Manager.
• Handle shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically around store to support business needs and guest service.
• Ensure safe, efficient stockroom operations and product flow.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a client-centric sales/operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Physically active with frequent movement; able to stand for long periods.
• Availability to work 7 days/week during peak Blackout period (Thanksgiving through early January).
• Retail ops, inventory or stockroom experience.
