Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment.
• Floor set updates and supply management to keep store ready.
• Partner with GM/Visual Manager to escalate gaps and improve operations.
• Lead Operations Associates: recruitment, development, and coaching.
• Ensure safety and stockroom standards; maintain safe work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, expenses, and reporting.
• Comfortable moving on the retail floor; flexible with shifts incl. weekends.
• Proficient with inventory systems and stockroom standards.
