Manage escalations with Support; coordinate resolution and communicate outcomes.
Balance daily execution with long-term strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in ops, consulting, or related at a high-growth startup.
Track record of building project teams or launching new products/initiatives.
Experience creating operational processes in ambiguity; manage complex stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Experience in health insurance or benefits.
