🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in field service support or related technical role, defense preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Familiarity with Army intelligence and targeting systems
- Experience with Palantir products
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with military users
- Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally
- U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI eligible clearance
