- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management.
- Understanding of private equity processes in operations.
- Ability to prioritize and decide quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
- Trustworthy, self-starter and thought leader.
- SQL, VBA and data-visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred.
