📋 Description

• Lead the Gurugram Operations roadmap aligned with Global Ops goals.
• Demonstrate SME in Private and Credit Investment and Client Ops lifecycles.
• Oversee deliverables from Gurugram teams with stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Drive process transformation and best practices to optimize performance.
• Build high-performing, engaged teams with clear growth.
• Lead people management: hiring, onboarding, training, development, performance.
• Maintain clear Global Ops communication; build ties with Finance, Tech, Tax, Legal.
• Develop and report KPIs to assess Gurugram team productivity.
• Stay updated on trends and tech; identify opportunities for innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance or Business; CFA/CPA/MBA optional.
• 15+ years in operations leadership in PE or similar.
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Understanding of private equity processes in operations.
• Ability to prioritize and decide quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
• Trustworthy, self-starter and thought leader.
• SQL, VBA and data-visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred.
