  • Drive driver acquisition and onboarding processes with efficiency.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Degree holder with 5+ years of operational/leadership experience (logistics/e-commerce preferred).
  • Team management experience with at least 3 direct reports.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects; regional or HQ exposure.
  • Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
  • Data-driven, with strong integrity and business acumen; ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
