Oversee offline driver outreach to strengthen engagement and brand visibility.
Monitor team KPIs and operational outcomes; direct improvements for impact.

🎯 Requirements

Degree holder with 5+ years of operational/leadership experience (logistics/e-commerce preferred).
Team management experience with at least 3 direct reports.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects; regional or HQ exposure.
Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
Data-driven, with strong integrity and business acumen; ability to prioritize.
Excellent written and spoken English.
