Operations Escrow Officer

📋 Description

• Communicate with borrower and lender customers timely and professionally.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with lenders.
• Identify curative issues and direct resolution with borrower or lender.
• Prepare final closing package, including settlement statements and CDs.
• Perform pre-close quality review of title and escrow documents.
• Balance a closing disclosure and ensure all funds are collected.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of title and escrow experience.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Review and understand title search and curative items.
• Resware experience a plus; diverse lender experience.
• Excellent phone, email, and remote communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team and drive solutions.
