Communicate timely, professionally and courteously with borrowers and lenders.
Establish and maintain relationships with lenders.
Identify and resolve curative issues; direct communication with lender/borrower.
Prepare final closing package including CDs and related items.
Perform pre-close quality review of title and escrow documents.
Close closings in a timely and high quality manner; ensure documents align with lender instructions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of title and escrow experience.
Proven customer service experience.
Understand title search and commitment content.
Able to communicate with executives from lender partners.
Driven, positive attitude and a team player.
Solution oriented and able to manage escalations.
