Operations Engineer (Starlink Growth)

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives to improve Starlink CX and products via analysis and cross-functional prioritization.
• Identify engineering and product defects in Starlink UX; drive operational improvements.
• Use end-user metrics to uncover drivers of KPIs like customer lifetime value; drive global improvements.
• Develop and operationalize predictive retention models; scope campaigns and automation.
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate engagement and retention improvements.
• Document and train on retention dashboards and tools; assist with troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, CS, data science, physics, or quantitative field.
• 1+ years in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, or consulting.
• 1+ years in Python, SQL, programming, or industrial project management.
• Strong analytical skills with Python, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
