🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
2+ years in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or facilities management (internships/project work apply).
Experience building reporting tools with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Experience leading cross-functional groups.
Lean principles and structured problem-solving/project-management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in fast-paced environments.
