Provide updates to cross-functional groups and recommend strategic solutions.
Address top Spaceport Operations priorities by monitoring requests and driving projects.
Partner with software development resources.
Oversee contract services across the site.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in engineering, operations, manufacturing or facilities management.
Experience building reporting tools using SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Experience with Lean principles and structured problem-solving/project-management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
