Provide engineering support for SOCOM and Joint Staff operational and targeting cycles.
Train users on COP Management and OAI Management.
Train users on CCIR and TADL and other C2 systems.
Participate in COP/Joint Fires/Sustainment/TADL working groups.
Analyze unit-specific operational technology gaps and report findings to SOCOM.
Collaborate with regional GSSE leads and Joint Task Forces to ensure synchronized support.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4 years of progressive technical experience supporting operations or intelligence communities.
Mission planning for aircraft weapons systems.
Navigation systems, tactical comms, and C2 platforms.
Development and execution of peacetime/wartime SOF missions.
Working knowledge of Joint and SOF operational tools and platforms.
Familiarity with Joint/SOF tools, mission command principles, and support relationships.
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
