Develop and maintain dashboards; deliver insights to track KPIs.
Analyze data to identify strategies and accelerate progress.
Support ad-hoc strategic projects within Delivery; research and coordination.
Complete ad hoc analyses to support continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain a centralised roadmap for pilots, experiments and projects.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: ~3-6 years; 1+ year in data analytics.
Essential: Excel/Google Sheets, SQL/Metabase.
Desirable: Tableau.
Data fluency; translate business questions into metrics.
AI/automation savvy: LLM tools and no-code/low-code.
Communication & stakeholder management; collaboration.
