Assist with store opening/closing; support sales; coordinate stock for online orders.
Lead a growing team of Stock Coordinators; primary point of contact.
Align operational priorities with Store Manager and business goals.
Collaborate with Visual Manager on floor sets, product placement, and replenishment.
Support New Store Openings (NSOs): inventory prep, stockroom setup, and training.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of retail inventory management experience
Comfortable with computer use and POS software
Natural leader with ability to inspire others
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
Extreme attention to detail and organization
Excellent multitasking; manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
